Lead Project Organizational/Behavioral Change Manager


This role will be responsible for both leading and hands-on execution organizational change workstream activities and deliverables as part of a travel booking and expense management solution implementation that will replace existing technologies, while having anticipated impacts on process and policy.



Responsibilities include:



  • Develop / maintain the change management detailed plan, monitor and report status updates to project team and leadership


  • Drive adoption, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives to realize delivery project success


  • Collaborate closely with project leadership, application development team, business stakeholders and operational teams (i.e. the Business School, Communications)


  • Evaluate stakeholder readiness, desired project results, potential resistance and performance gaps to facilitate change from 'current state' to 'desired state' by informing adoption training and communications strategies


  • Identify evolving project deliverables including changes in scope and potential conflicts, develop and implement plans to remove barriers and resolve issues


  • Own the successful completion of change workstream deliverables and activities


  • Document training needs, determine audiences, plan and design role based curriculum.


  • Training content design, development and delivery


  • Identify required Job Aid inventory and development of assets


  • Engage, inform and mobilize change network / early adopters


  • Planning, coordination and execution of communications







  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience related to change management


  • Experience in business and IT transformation projects that integrate new enabling technologies, business process improvements and change management. Prior SAP, SAP Expense Management, Concur or travel & expense related organizational change project experience preferred.


  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management and leading practices


  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills and ability to establish rapport with clients of all levels


  • Comfortable planning, facilitating and delivering workshops / training sessions.


  • iOS device for mobile expense


  • Limited travel (up to 15%) may be required



This position is a direct hire position with Galen Technology Solutions as an Hourly W2 contractor or a full time employee.
